Pre-Leasing and Timeline
Being one of the first to reserve ensures you are able to reserve the apartment location and floorplan of your choice.
Your entrance fee deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to move. No penalties.
While we’ve projected 2029 as our opening date based on thorough planning and market analysis, construction timelines can be influenced by various factors. Strong pre-leasing numbers could move the date earlier. Permitting delays or construction issues could push it back. We’ll keep you updated on any changes.
We understand that timing is crucial when planning such an important life transition. We’ll communicate delays immediately and help with interim housing solutions and referrals. We’ll work with you to manage the transition.
You’ll receive updates on construction and exclusive events designed for reserved residents to connect with future neighbors. Our goal is to foster community from the very beginning stages of development.

Yes, the entrance fee is fully refundable when you move out or transition to higher care.
The refundable entrance deposit replaces money that would otherwise have to be borrowed on capital markets, therefore the foregone monthly debt service allows rent to be lower as there is not the associated debt cost. Additionally, it supports the development of enhanced amenities that would not be possible through rental income alone, enriching the resident experience.
No, interest is not collected on the entrance deposit. It is fully refundable upon a move to a higher level of care or a move out of the community.
