By reserving your place at Mullen Residences, you secure your preferred apartment. Your entrance fee helps build the community from ground up, avoiding costly construction loans. While interest is not collected on the deposit, it remains 100% refundable upon leaving the community.

Monthly Fees
Your monthly fee is used to cover your cost of living expenses including the amenities, utilities, maintenance, 24-hour staffing and alert system. You will also enjoy a full calendar of social and educational events, and daily breakfast or lunch.
As a non-profit community we don't answer to shareholders. Instead we reinvest profits back into the community.

The Cost of Staying at Home vs. Senior Living
Making the decision to move into a senior living community is a big deal. It’s natural to wonder if it would be more cost effective to stay at home. Once you consider the cost of maintaining a home, transportation, utilities, and other household expenses, moving into a senior living community maybe more affordable than you think.
